1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our food products, returns are generally not accepted once the order has been delivered.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, expired, incorrect, or tampered with, you may contact us for assistance.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
- Provide your Order ID and details of the issue.
- Share clear photographs of the product and packaging, if requested.
- Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
3. Wrong Product Delivered
If a product different from the one ordered is delivered, please contact us immediately. After verification, we may arrange a suitable replacement or other resolution, as applicable.
4. Expired or Defective Product
If you receive an expired or defective product, please notify us promptly with relevant order details and photographs. We will review the complaint and assist you accordingly.
5. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene, food safety, and quality reasons, opened or used food products cannot generally be returned.
6. Refunds
If a refund is approved, the applicable amount will be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method, depending on the circumstances and payment provider.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
7. Cancellation
Order cancellation may be possible only if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
